Fall for Pasta!

Embrace the warm and cozy vibes of the fall season as you master the art of creating scrumptious semolina pasta from scratch! No fancy equipment is required just a bowl, a cutting board, your fingers, and a pinch of love! Pasta from scratch will be prepared in our class served with seasonal mushrooms or salute' cherry tomatoes. Easy sauces to make where colors and flavors are the frame of the "mani in pasta" Don't forget to bring containers for leftovers to share with your loved ones at home!

  • This one-time, 3-hour class will be held at the Plum Center,

  • Students will work with others in small groups.

  • The class has space for up to 12 people, so everyone gets a chance to learn and practice.

  • Be ready to stand, cook, and work during the class.

  • For your safety and comfort, please wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.

  • During the class, you'll get to taste everything you make, and you'll also take home samples to share. 

Menu will depend on market seasonal availability of ingredients. Please note that group classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not reached.
