Cake Baking and Decorating for Beginners

This is a class which is perfect for people who want to learn to bake a simple cake and start with cake decorating basics. Master techniques such as how to ice a cake, shell borders simple rose; rosebuds; real rose. 
 

  • This 3-time, 4-hour class will be held at the Plum Center,

  • Students will work with others in small groups.

  • The class has space for up to 12 people, so everyone gets a chance to learn and practice.

  • Be ready to stand, cook, and work during the class.

  • For your safety and comfort, please bring apron, wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.

  • Decorating supplies are not included.  Please use the following Class Supply List to purchase supplies prior class.
