Estimating plays a crucial role in ensuring a construction project is successful, influencing bidding, budgeting, planning, and procurement decisions. This construction estimator course helps you develop estimating skills from the ground up through structured training and hands-on projects. You will work through lessons to interpret construction information, perform quantity takeoffs, understand the different types of estimates, and organize project cost data that mimics a real estimating project.

This construction estimator training program introduces you to digital estimating processes using Bluebeam Revu and AI-powered quantity estimation with Togal.AI, to help you remain organized when working with drawings and takeoff data. Combined with foundational knowledge of construction materials, the program helps you understand what is being estimated and why your decisions matter.

You will also have the option to complete a capstone portfolio project that brings together the estimating skills you developed throughout the program, including takeoffs, material review, pricing, and cost organization. Your construction estimating training will conclude by preparing you for the Bluebeam Certified Professional exam. Upon successful completion of this building estimator course, you will possess the estimating and preconstruction skills needed for success across residential and commercial projects.
