Scholarships
To support students in achieving their educational goals, FCPS ACE has multiple scholarship opportunities for students taking an ACE class. These opportunities aim to reward dedication, talent, and commitment while providing meaningful financial assistance. Based on funding availability, our scholarships are restricted to specific types of ACE classes, have different legal requirements, and the application processes and timing varies per the type of scholarships and specific ACE programs they support.

Awarded scholarships are applied directly to tuition due and are not paid to the student. Students are required to pay the remaining balance due after the scholarship is applied.
Students receiving a scholarship will need to contact the ACE Registration Office at 703-658-1201 to set up their registration in the approved class and to have the scholarship applied to their account.
Payment Plans
ACE understands that managing tuition payments can be challenging. We have a payment plan process that offers a flexible option to allow eligible individuals to pay fees in installments, making costs more manageable. To qualify for a payment plan for an ACE class, you must:
-
Be taking a class with the minimum tuition price of $1,000. The class must be 3 or more months in duration.
-
Be able to complete your payments for this class by the half-way mark for the class. In other words, if the class is 4 months long, you should have the class paid off within 2 months.
-
You can not already be in a payment plan for another class, nor have any other outstanding balance due to ACE for a past class.
To request a payment plan, please reach out to the ACE Counselor (educationalcounseling@fcps.edu) who can help guide you about your options. If approved for a payment plan, you will be contacted to come into the Pimmit Hills Office to sign a payment plan agreement and provide the initial deposit.
