Christine Dryer is a passionate home baker, sourdough enthusiast, and owner of a Virginia-based microbakery.  By day, Christine works as a full-time programmer, and by night and early morning, she dedicates her time to crafting artisan sourdough breads, muffins, and scones made with quality ingredients and traditional baking techniques.

Her love for baking began as a creative outlet and quickly grew into a way to share handmade, wholesome treats with her local community. Christine has a particular passion for sourdough, appreciating the art of natural fermentation and the unique flavor, texture, and character it brings to every loaf. Through her classes, she enjoys helping others build confidence in baking from scratch while sharing the techniques, patience, and joy that make sourdough baking so rewarding.
