Massimo De Bernardinis brings a passion for authentic Italian cuisine, family traditions, and memorable dining experiences to every class and event. After moving to the United States from Italy with his family in 2011, he set out to combine three of his greatest passions in life: Italian cooking, sailing, and family.

Inspired by generations of family recipes, Chef Massimo founded Zucchini Fritti to share the flavors and traditions of Italy with others, adding his own creativity, enthusiasm, and modern flair to every dish. His approach to cooking celebrates the joy of gathering around the table, using fresh ingredients and time-honored techniques to create unforgettable meals.
