Discover the delicate, melt-in-your-mouth cookie that has become one of Peru's most beloved desserts. In this hands-on class, students will learn to make traditional Peruvian alfajores from scratch, including tender butter cookies filled with rich dulce de leche and finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.
Designed for beginners and home bakers alike, this class will guide you through every step of the process while sharing tips for achieving the perfect texture and presentation. By the end of class, you'll leave with homemade alfajores to enjoy or share.
