Plumbers do much more than unclog drains and run pipes. Plumbers also design, install, and maintain water systems that move through municipal treatment plants before serving residential, commercial, and public buildings. The Plumbing curriculum through FCPS ACE covers the concepts technicians need to safely install, test, maintain, and repair many different types of pipe systems. It prepares learners for careers as skilled plumbers with instruction in math, drawings, code and other critical skills to ensure learners are set up for job success. Progressive levels lead to further credentials and licensing. Plumbing Levels 1 and 3 are offered September through February, while levels 2 and 4 are offered February through June.
