Get hands-on experience with woodturning while crafting unique creations. In this class, you’ll be introduced to spindle turning on the lathe and will complete several simple projects. Depending on time and interest, students may choose from a variety of projects, including a spin top, tea light, bottle stopper, mushroom, honey dipper, and candlestick.
This is a hands-on class focused on safety, proper tool use, and fundamental turning techniques. You’ll leave with your own finished woodturned projects, perfect for giving—or keeping!
