Ever wanted to make authentic New York-style bagels but thought it was too time-consuming? In this fun, hands-on 2-hour class, our instructor—an expert in rapid-recipe methods for traditional breads—will show you how to make bagels from scratch, including the classic boiling step. Designed for busy bakers, you’ll learn techniques that make it possible to create these iconic bagels in about an hour once you practice. By the end of class, you’ll take home delicious, perfectly textured bagels and the confidence to make them again at home.

Students will work with others in small groups.

The class has space for up to 8 people, so everyone gets a chance to learn and practice.

Be ready to stand, cook, and work during the class.

For your safety and comfort, please bring apron, wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
