Lessons cover basic vehicle control skills and driving in residential, rural, city and freeway settings. This course includes administration of the DMV approved road test. Students must have a District-8 classroom course completion card or be able to present a concurrent enrollment form prior to the first behind the wheel class. Courses meet for seven school days and depart from most high schools.
 
* Bring to first BTW class: 1. Valid Virginia Learner's permit; 2. District-8 classroom course completion card or concurrent enrollment form; 3. Online confirmation receipt or the walk-in registration form, signed by a parent/guardian; 4. Please speak with your Driver Ed Instructor about TDL Issue/Pick-up procedures.
