Indulge in rich, decadent flavors in this hands-on baking class where you’ll learn to make Triple Chocolate Sourdough Bread from start to finish. Perfect for chocolate lovers, this class combines the tangy depth of naturally fermented sourdough with the richness of dark, milk, and white chocolate.
Students will learn the fundamentals of sourdough starter maintenance, proper kneading and folding techniques, shaping the dough, and incorporating chocolate evenly without compromising the bread’s texture. We’ll also cover proofing, scoring, and baking tips to achieve a glossy crust and soft, chocolate-studded interior
- This one-time, 3-hour class will be held at the Plum Center,
- Students will work with others in small groups.
- The class has space for up to 12 people, so everyone gets a chance to learn and practice.
- Be ready to stand, cook, and work during the class.
- For your safety and comfort, please bring apron, wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
