Experience the rustic charm of Tuscan cuisine in this hands-on class inspired by the region’s freshest ingredients and timeless traditions. We’ll begin with a vibrant panzanella salad, featuring juicy Campari tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, red onion, fragrant basil, and toasted Tuscan bread.

Next, you’ll learn to prepare gnudi—delicate “naked ravioli” made with creamy ricotta and greens, a true Tuscan favorite. We’ll also simmer a hearty frantoiana soup with lacinato kale, highlighting the bold, earthy flavors of the countryside. To finish, enjoy classic almond cantucci, the perfect crisp, lightly sweet treat to complete your Tuscan experience.

Join us for an evening of authentic flavors, simple techniques, and delicious inspiration straight from Tuscany!

 
  • This one-time, 3-hour class will be held at the Plum Center,

  • Students will work with others in small groups.

  • The class has space for up to 12 people, so everyone gets a chance to learn and practice.

  • Be ready to stand, cook, and work during the class.

  • For your safety and comfort, please wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.

  • During the class, you'll get to taste everything you make, and you'll also take home samples to share. 

Menu will depend on market seasonal availability of ingredients. Please note that group classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not reached.
