Plumbing 3 expands on concepts introduced in previous coursework, with focused instruction on applied mathematics, water supply system sizing and protection, potable water treatment, venting methods, and the sizing of DWV and storm systems. Additional topics include sewage and sump pumps, corrosive-resistant waste piping, compressed air systems, and service plumbing. As the third course in a comprehensive four-level plumbing program, it aligns with DOLI apprenticeship standards and supports continued progression toward journeyman-level proficiency.
