Crispy, crunchy, and full of bold flavor! In this 3-hour hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make authentic Korean fried chicken from start to finish.
Students will prepare and season chicken, learn the secrets to achieving an extra-crispy double-fry technique, and create flavorful sauces such as sweet and spicy gochujang glaze and soy-garlic sauce. We’ll also cover proper frying temperature, safety tips, and how to keep chicken crispy.
- This one-time, 3-hour class will be held at the Plum Center,
- Students will work with others in small groups.
- The class has space for up to 12 people, so everyone gets a chance to learn and practice.
- Be ready to stand, cook, and work during the class.
- For your safety and comfort, please bring apron, wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
