Explore the delicious world of Japchae, Korea’s celebrated sweet potato glass noodle stir-fry! Known for its slightly chewy texture and vibrant mix of vegetables, Japchae offers a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors that everyone loves.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to properly cook glass noodles, slice and season vegetables for ideal texture, and build rich flavors using soy sauce, sesame oil, and traditional Korean methods. We will also offer options for adding beef or preparing a fully vegetarian version.

The class has space for up to 12 people, so everyone gets a chance to learn and practice.
